Quartz Insights was the research and strategy arm of Quartz. They needed an identity to tell the qualitative and quantitative stories about their audience and their interactions. Alicia was inspired by her dot grid journal and used the pattern as a nod to the quantitative research Quartz Insights produced. With the grid as the base of the identity, Alicia built out a custom icon set on a 16x16 grid, and laid out accompanying presentations for the team.
